Layered service packs
Streamline Computing offers a number of service packs that can be layered over a working Streamline cluster to provide additional benefit making a tailored solution based on tested and supported components a piece of cake.
The current list of available service packs includes the following:
Environmental - Measure energy used and CO2 footprint
Performance - Automatically measure system performance with advanced scheduling
Management - Streamline feature pack for the ConcurrentCOMMAND management appliance
Accessibility - Extensible Application Portal implementation services
Upgrade - Prepaid upgrade packs available at time of system purchase, valid for 12/36 months?
Audit - Combination of Environmental and Performance packs with recommended upgrade paths
Consultancy - Prepay for Streamline HPC consultancy services for 5 days at a time
High availability - Configuration of redundancy and resilience across a system – additional hardware required
Storage - High Performance Parallel File System (e.g. Gluster, Panasas)
ISV - Enhanced Streamline Computing software stack for High Productivity ISV throughput
